The above terms and conditions apply to all direct-to-consumer sales through our website www.dfrktn.com. Purchases through other websites or channels are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective operators.

Any prices listed on the website are listen in Euro, and show the included VAT prices. prices are listed in Euro and show the included VAT prices as well as the VAT excluded prices. 

 

Items for which the price is not listed, only receive a fixed price when an offer is made. 

 

Worldwide shipping

Your order will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Dfrktn works with Bpost for all online purchases. If you wish to use a different courier or shipping method, please contact info@dfrktn.com. 

 

Please note that all delivery timings are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. Deliveries may also take a little longer during sales periods and public holidays. 

 

Prices do not include delivery charges which will be confirmed to you at the time of purchase (on our website or via email). The following shipping costs can act as a non-binding estimate:

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods, or if we foresee long delays, you will be notified and have the right to cancel the order. If any payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded as soon as possible within 30 days. 

 

All products are packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. 

Please note that for shipments outside the EU, there may be customs fees and handling costs to be paid separately. You will be responsible for these charges. 

 

Refund policy

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. 

Though we have made best efforts to describe and photograph all items for sale, colours can vary on different screens. 

 

In case, you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 

 

Any gift cards or items on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. 

 

All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tag still attached. Return vintage and antique items must be in the same condition as received. 

 

Dfrktn is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor for handling/import charges where items are returned  from outside of the EU-zone. Please contact info@dfrktn.com for return estimation costs. 

 

Returns are completed with our own Bpost return service to the below address:

If returned with other couriers or regular postal services, Dfrktn cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels/goods when returning items.

 

Please note that in case of a return or exchange of a purchase, the return costs will be the buyer’s (i.e. your) responsibility. An additional administrative cost will also be charged and deducted from the refund. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

In case a purchase needs to be returned because of Dfrktn wrongdoing, we will cover the return cost and there will be no administrative cost charged. 

For return shipments of online purchases, Dfrktn will charge or refund relevant amounts to the original Paypal/credit card used for the purchase.

 

Payments

Payments can happen through Paypal, a selection of credit cards or a bank transfer to Shalima BV on IBAN: BE 81 3631 2323 6924  BIC: BRUBEBB. When paying by bank transfer, please clearly indicate the payment reference you have been given as part of your purchase. Please note that all charges for bank transfers are due by yourself as customer. 

 

Tax free purchases

All purchases being shipped out of the EU zone are exempt from value added tax.
